ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — An Arapahoe County family was terrified when a giant (by Colorado standards) snake slithered into their home in the middle of the night.
The family called the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office when they discovered the 4-foot snake inside their Foxfield home.
The snake made it inside the family's house through an open window early Wednesday morning.
The sheriff’s office posted a video on its Facebook page of a deputy apprehending the sneaky snake and putting it into a sack.
It’s unclear what type of snake it was, but the sheriff’s Facebook post said it was non-venomous.
