WELD COUNTY, Colo. – One person was killed early Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 76 east of Hudson in Weld County.

The crash happened at 5:16 a.m., Colorado State Patrol Trooper Josh Lewis told Denver7. Video from the scene shows a sedan and pickup truck heavily damaged after the crash.

The eastbound lanes of the interstate reopened at the Kersey Road exit just after 9 a.m.
