BROOMFIELD, Colo. – A man was killed when he crashed and rolled his car on U.S. 36 in Broomfield Thursday morning.
Broomfield police said the man was driving east on 36 when he rolled his SUV near the 1st Bank Center shortly before 4:30 a.m.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash and the driver, who has not yet been identified, was the only occupant of the SUV.
Police say the morning’s snowfall and slick conditions may have contributed to the crash, but the exact cause is still under investigation.
