LAKEWOOD, Colo. -- Lakewood Police said a driver crashed early Friday morning, causing heavy damage to their vehicle.
The crash happened at Louisiana Avenue and Allison Street.
Lakewood Police tweeted pictures of the crashed vehicle asking drivers to be careful.

Police said one person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
