DENVER -- Westbound Interstate 70 has reopened after a motorcycle crash.
Denver Police said a motorcycle rider, traveling at a high rate of speed, lost control and was thrown from his bike on westbound I-70 near Quebec around 5:10 a.m.
The man was subsequently hit by another vehicle, police said.
Denver Police said the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The interstate reopened three hours after the crash.
