DENVER -- Denver firefighters managed to stop a fire from spreading from a garage to a home early Friday morning.
The fire, in the 2500 block of South Cherry Street, near Dahlia Street and Yale Avenue, destroyed a two-car garage and a vehicle inside.
Authorities said one man was in the home when the fire started, but he got out safely.
There's no word yet what caused the fire.
