Denver police are investigating after a body was found in a trash can in an alley.
The body was found Wednesday near 33rd Avenue and Race Street.
Police calling this a death investigation at this point. Woman tried bringing garbage can in but noticed it felt heavy. Found body inside.

Denver police have not yet said if the victim is a man or woman.
Gelardi said homicide detectives are on scene investigating.
