Family escapes burning mobile home in Commerce City

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. -- A family escaped their burning mobile home early Thursday morning.

The fire started around 4 a.m. on 88th Avenue in Commerce City, near Highway 2 and the Rocky Mountain Arsenal.

South Adams County Fire told Denver7 that a family of six -- three adults and three children -- escaped the burning home. The family is being helped by the Red Cross.

No one was hurt in the fire.

Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
