Good Samaritans pulled a 21-year-old woman from the water near Boulder Falls Sunday afternoon, according to the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.
The Boulder County Communications Center received multiple 911 calls on Sunday just after 5:40 p.m.
Deputies said the woman and others were in a closed off area of the Boulder Falls recreation area when she fell into the water. Good Samaritans pulled her from North Boulder Creek about a mile below where she entered the water. They preformed CPR until rescue crews arrived.
Members of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office, Sugarloaf Fire Protection District, American Medical Response and City of Boulder Open Space Rangers all responded. The woman was taken to Boulder Community Hospital-Foothills.
Her name and condition are unknown.
