Eight grass fires in Aurora prompt search for two people potentially involved

AURORA, Colo. — Aurora Fire Rescue crews responded to the area of Moline Drive and Highline Street for multiple grass fires.

The crews responded to the scenes around 12:30 p.m. Monday where they found eight grass fires. Aurora Police Department said they're looking for two people who may have been involved.

Aurora Fire Rescue quickly gained control of the fires. No structures were damaged. The cause of the fires remain under investigation.
