AURORA, Colo. — A fire severely damaged a home and caused minor damage to two adjacent homes in Aurora Friday afternoon.
Aurora Fire Rescue crews were dispatched to a two-alarm fire at a two-story home near 1800 South Truckee Way around 2:40 p.m.
Crews quickly contained the fire to the primary home and saved the neighboring homes, according to AFR.
The primary home suffered heavy damage on both floors and is not tenable. The family is staying with nearby relatives, AFR said. The two adjacent homes suffered minor fire damage to their exterior but are tenable.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. Thankfully, no one was injured.
