WASHINGTON COUNTY, Colo. -- Are you missing several pigs?
It appears five hogs escaped their pen and hit the road last week in Washington County, on the Eastern Plains.
The pigs, all gilts [that's females who has not yet farrowed for you non-country folk], were found on Highway 36 near mile marker 135.5 running around on the highway, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The pigs aren't small -- they all weigh 215 to 250 pounds.
Deputies posted on Facebook about the missing pigs last week, but no one has claimed them yet.
