DENVER – Two people were taken to a hospital following a shooting at Colfax Avenue and Monaco Parkway early Sunday afternoon.
Denver Police was investigating the double shooting just after 1 p.m., closing North Locust and Magnolia Streets on Colfax Avenue and 17th and 14th Avenues between Monaco Parkway. The roads were back open just before 2 p.m.
Denver7 photojournalist Eric Goody said there were at least nine evidence markers each showing shell casings being collected as evidence by Denver Police Department investigators.

The condition of the two victims is unknown at this time. Information about a suspect has also not been released by police.
