COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A pizza delivery driver was cut off, forced to stop and robbed by three armed men.

The delivery driver said he was delivering a pizza to a home on Mountainside Drive in Colorado Springs at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night, but when he got to the home, no one answered.

The driver told police he was driving back to the pizza store when a black Nissan Xterra followed him out of the neighborhood, cut him off and forced him to stop.

"Three men exited the Xterra armed with handguns and an AK-47 rifle," Colorado Springs Police said. "The victim was forced to give over cash and the food from the order."

The suspects got away. Police did not release a description of the suspects.
