UPDATE 12:46 p.m. Friday: This story has been updated with more information about what led to the shooting, per the latest information from Denver police.
DENVER – A victim of an apparent street robbery in Denver's Baker neighborhood remains in critical condition following a shooting late Thursday evening.
Police said the shooting near the intersection of Bannock Street and 1st Ave. occurred at around 10 p.m. Police only identified the victim in the shooting as an adult male.
