For those anticipating the popular California burger chain's arrival in Colorado, it's only a matter of time.

On Wednesday, Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) announced a building permit was issued to In-N-Out for its distribution plant, with an estimated cost of the project at $19.8 million.

PPRBD says the company has not applied for a permit for the restaurant yet.

In-N-Out announced plans to set up shop in the Victory Ridge development project on the north side of the springs in late 2017.
