HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. -- When we first introduced you to Donnie Kamrass last week, she had tried to order a mobility scooter from an ad on Facebook, but all she received was a plastic toy.

Contact7 helped her get the credit card charge reversed, but viewers wanted to do more, and donations started coming in to Contact7 Gives. Youcan Home Medical Supply in Denver offered to partner with Denver7 and sell the scooter at a low cost.

"Somebody needed to help her, and you guys were stepping up, so we felt we should do our part, too," said Marvin Holland, the owner of Youcan Home Medical Supply.

Friday afternoon, Donnie was able to try out her new wheels and couldn't have been happier.

"It's amazing. I didn't expect anything like this," she said. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You did more than help me. And thank you to the viewers."
