COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The public helped police find a man wanted in a suspicious incident at McDonald's.
Investigators released very little information about the circumstances, but they wrote on Facebook Tuesday that the man went into a McDonald's in Colorado Springs with two small girls on the morning of October 6.
"While inside the business, the male was observed engaging in activity that has created concern for the children’s welfare," police wrote.
Police released a description of the man and girls and asked for helping finding him.
"As a result of the media attention, Crimes Against Children Detectives were able to identify and contact all involved parties," the Colorado Springs Police Department said. "At this time the investigation into the situation is continuing and no arrests have been made."
