Hershey’s is honoring a childhood favorite with their newest KitKat flavor. Serving up a hearty dose of nostalgia, the new KitKat Fruity Cereal brings the light and crispy wafers of KitKat together with the flavors of fruity cereal.

The crispy wafers are covered in fruity cereal-flavored creme, so the bars are light pink with rainbow-colored specks, just like the leftover milk would be in your bowl of cereal.

The fruity cereal candy bar is in stores now, but only for a limited time, so you’ll want to grab them soon. You can find them nationwide in a 1.5-ounce bar for around $1.09.

KitKat has been busy for the last few years creating all kinds of new flavors for those wanting something different than the traditional milk-chocolate wafers.

Recently, we’ve seen flavors ranging from the coffee-inspired KitKat Duos mocha and chocolate to birthday cake, apple pie and Key lime pie. In 2019, the brand even added its first new permanent flavor in nearly a decade, KitKat Duos mint and dark chocolate.

There are also seasonal flavors, like raspberry creme for Valentine’s Day and pumpkin spice for fall, and we were treated to sweet cinnamon KitKats last winter.

While KitKat doesn’t say which cereal inspired their latest creation, 2021 marks Fruity Pebbles’ 50th birthday, so the new candy bar is arriving at a time when other treats are celebrating that cereal’s anniversary.

Along with a new birthday cake flavor of Pebbles, you’ll also find birthday cake Pebbles protein powderFruity Pebbles crisps that are the size of potato chips, Fruity Pebbles coffee creamer from International Delight and Fruity Pebbles light ice cream. Duncan Hines even has a Fruity Pebbles cake kit that includes confetti cake mix, Fruity Pebbles-flavored frosting and (of course) Pebbles cereal for sprinkling on top.
