Get free admission on Saturday, Oct. 6 at the Denver Art Museum.
Super Pet Adoption Event
Larimer Humane Society, Animal House Rescue and Grooming, and Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic are teaming up on Saturday, Oct. 6 for a Super Adoption Event. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Poudre Pet & Feed Supply’s north location (622 N. College Ave.) in Fort Collins. Dogs, cats, puppies and kittens will be available for adoption at special discounted rate.
All dog and cat adoptions include initial vaccines, treatment for internal parasites, spay or neuter surgery, microchip and registration, and a post-adoption medical exam donated by a local veterinarian. At the adoption event, adult dogs and cats, as well as puppies and kittens 4 months of age and older, also receive a rabies vaccination. An additional $12 licensing fee applies for all dogs and cats that will be residing in Loveland, Fort Collins, Wellington, and Timnath and dogs in unincorporated Larimer County.
Noodles
Saturday is National Noodle Day. Noodles is offering its NoodlesREWARDS members a free, small bowl of Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with the purchase of a regular entrée on Saturday. HOWEVER, there is catch. You have to sign up for the rewards program by Friday, Oct. 5, to get the freebie.
Zombie Crawl
Saturday is also the annual Denver Zombie Crawl, a chance to see some amazing costumes and makeup as people dress up as zombies and walk part of the 16th Street Mall. The event is free. Registration is required for the costume contest.
'Dear Evan Hansen' discount tickets
The Tony-award winning musical 'Dear Evan Hansen' is playing at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. You can enter the lottery for $25 tickets online. Maximum of 2 tickets per lottery winner. Learn more here.
