Earth Day: Recycle clothes, denim and get a discount at H&M, American Eagle, Levi's, more

Monday is Earth Day and one way to get involved and save money is to recycle your denim jeans or other clothes at certain retailers.

H&M

H&M will take any of your old clothes. At H&M, ask for the location of the garment-collecting box, often located next to the cash registers, drop off your unwanted clothes, you’ll get rewarded with a voucher. Most reports say that voucher is 15 percent off. Learn more here.

American Eagle

American Eagle wants your old jeans. Take an old pair of jeans to AE and they'll give you $10 off a pair of brand new AE jeans and plant a tree to help with the wildfire devastation in California. Learn more on AE's blog.

North Face

Recycle your used apparel and footwear (any condition, any brand) at North Face stores or outletsand you'll get a $10 reward toward your next purchase of $100 or more at The North Face.

Levi's

Drop off no-longer-wanted clothing or shoes — any brand — in the collection boxes at a Levi's store or outlet and get a voucher for 20 percent off a single, regular-priced Levi’s item in-store.
