Denver Union Station and Uber discounts
Uber users can redeem the promo code DUSHOLIDAY for a $10 credit for one in-bound ride to Denver Union Station this holiday season, available to all new and existing Uber customers, up to 1,000 people.
Shoppers who spend $50 or more at any of the nine unique Denver Union Station restaurants and bars will receive a $5 Uber credit. To receive the Uber credit, riders can simply take their Denver Union Station receipt to the Valet stand and riders will receive a text message with a link that adds $5 to their Uber account. Zoo Lights
The Denver Zoo's annual Zoo Lights has begun. But if you want to save a few dollars there are two options.
Option 1, Value Nights, from December 2 to 15, will be cheaper than Peak Nights from Dec. 16 to Jan. 1.
Option 2, buy online and get a $2 discount per ticket.
Wood Stove/Fireplace vouchers
The American Lung Association is offering $900,000 in vouchers to help replace or retrofit old wood and coal stove appliances with new, efficient, EPA-certified appliances. Residents and businesses of Boulder, Denver, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld counties that use older wood or coal burning heating appliances for primary or significant heat are eligible for a voucher of $400 - $3,000, depending on the type of replacement appliance and income level.
