DENVER – It’s official, Colorado: The state’s first Shake Shack location at 30th and Larimer Street in the River North Arts District will open on March 21 – and the menu boasts Colorado-only items for your tasting pleasure.

Known for their signature frozen custard shakes called “concretes,” the Shake Shack location in Denver will offer something not available at any other location across the country.

Sadly, it will not include Rocky Mountain Oysters.

According to The Know, the two Colorado concretes the Shack will be offering are the “Pie Oh My” and “Glazed Dazed Donut.”

“The Pie is a sure-to-be-beautiful blend of vanilla with seasonal pies from The Long I Pie Shop, and the Glazed features salted caramel sauce drizzled into vanilla custard, mixed with chocolate toffee and Glazed and Confuzed banana bread doughnuts,” the Post reports.

There will also be a Green Chile CheddarShack – a cheeseburger topped with marinated green chiles. Several local breweries will also serve their beers to cool you down in the summer.

A second Shake Shack location is coming to DIA in 2019.
