IDAHO SPRINGS, Colo. — You can't drive through Idaho Springs without making a stop at Beau Jo's.

The Colorado-style pizzeria is known for its thick, hand-rolled crusts made with honey, with extra honey at the table for drizzling on top.

Founded in 1973, the pizza joint now has a loyal following and a handful of locations around Colorado. It’s a Mile High Must!
