1. Start the Halloween celebrations early at Trick or Treat Street
What: The Children’s Museum of Denver will hold an unBOOlievably fun fall festival with treats galore, carnival games, Halloween crafts, special characters and more.

2. Head to the Denver Art Museum for the largest exhibition of Claude Monet's paintings
What: The biggest exhibition of Claude Monet’s paintings in more than two decades is now open – and lucky for you, you don’t have to travel far. Over 125 paintings of the French Impressionist’s career are now on display at the Denver Art Museum. Denver is the only city in the U.S. to host such a collection.

3. Get ready for the winter during the Colorado Ski and Snowboard Expo
What: Get ready to kick off your season at the 28th annual Colorado Ski & Snowboard Expo. Live acts, interactive exhibits and ongoing giveaways provide Expo visitors with non-stop entertainment and this year will not disappoint.

4. Come see the original creatures of the night at Boo at the Zoo in Colorado Springs
What: It’ll be all treats and no tricks for your little pirates and princesses at this year’s Boo at the Zoo at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the region’s most unique Halloween event. Boo at the Zoo is a fun way for families with young children to trick-or-treat and enjoy Halloween festivities in a safe environment. All of the zoo’s candy is made with sustainable palm oil to help protect wild orangutans.

The celebration continues with the Spirit of Pumpkins Fire Show, delicious tastes and treats, and outdoor movie screenings.
