Keto Pumpkin Spice Cocktail Is Bursting With Fall Flavor

Luckily, there are keto-friendly cocktails you can make, including this Keto Pumpkin Spice Cocktail that is bursting with pumpkin spice flavors and would be perfect for Halloween or a relaxing fall evening. Not only does the drink have actual canned pumpkin, but it also includes pumpkin pie spice for an added kick.

The recipe comes from Atkins, which also has a variety of other recipes perfect for fall, including almond pumpkin pancakes and pumpkin cheesecake. Take a look at the full recipe below:

Atkins Keto Pumpkin Spice Cocktail

Serves: 1

Net Carbs: 1.03

Ingredients:

2 ounces rum

1 tablespoon canned pumpkin

¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

5 drops stevia liquid

Cinnamon stick and star anise for garnish

Directions:

Shake together rum, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and stevia in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Place cinnamon stick and star anise on the rim of a glass for garnish, pour in the drink and serve.
