In honor of Black History Month, AMC theaters across the nation are showing the Academy Award-nominated movie for a week of free screenings starting on Feb. 1 and ending Feb. 7.
In Colorado, six theaters will bring the 2-hour, 20-minute film to audiences. They are:
Aurora:

AMC Southlands 16
Broomfield:

Highlands Ranch:
AMC Highlands Ranch 24
Westminster:

AMC Westminster Promenade 24
The Oscar-nominated film, which premiered on February 16 last year in the U.S., has grossed over $1.3 billion worldwide and has a No. 1 ranking for top movies in the past year, according to BoxOfficeMojo.com.
“Black Panther” is nominated in seven categories for the 91st Academy Awards, including Best Picture. The film took home the prize of Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture at the SAG Awards this past Sunday.
